Photorealistic renders and walkthroughs produced in SketchUp, D5 Render and V-Ray, with real materials, real light and real dimensions. Clients approve finishes from images they can trust, which removes the most expensive kind of change: the one made on site.

Someone answerable for the contractor, the timeline and the finish.
End-to-end management of the build: trusted contractors and craftspeople, sequencing, site supervision and quality control against the drawing set. We document to production standard — elevations, sections, joinery details, hardware and material callouts — so the fabricator builds what was designed.

One point of contact, from empty shell to the day you move in.
Design, procurement, construction supervision and final styling under a single appointment. For clients building remotely — and for our UAE work in particular — this is usually the only sensible arrangement: one studio accountable for the whole outcome.
